We are committed to providing world-class malts, sourcing the highest quality barley from environmentally responsible, local farmers. Our maltsters are involved with every stage of the farming and malting process, from seed selection, timing the harvest, malting, and roasting. This attention to detail allows us to provide a consistent, world-class product.
OUR MALT IS COMPLEX
From the local farmers and fields that we select to our custom malting system, we build the foundation for great malt from the ground up. Our custom malting system allows us to malt to the individual specifications of each brewery’s needs. This unique formula creates a flavorful, delicate malt.
